Pricing questions

What counts as an 'engagement'?

One engagement is one run through the full pipeline for one idea or business. Each run produces a unique set of artifacts. On Free, you get one. On Pro and Studio, you can run as many as you want.

Are there usage-based AI costs on top of the subscription?

No. AI compute costs (Claude tokens, image generation, search API calls) are included in every plan. We absorb the cost, which averages $3–5 per full engagement.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. Your engagement history and artifacts remain accessible for 30 days (Free) or indefinitely (Pro and Studio) after cancellation.

What is the Operate loop?

After you deploy, Operate runs automatically each week — pulling KPIs from connected analytics, flagging anomalies, and presenting three recommended next actions. It's advisory until you approve an action.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unsatisfied with your first paid month, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. After that, we work with you to fix the issue first.

Is there a discount for annual billing?
